AIRBLOK DR Series Rotary Screw Compressors

FIAC rotary screw direct drive compressors of the AIRBLOK DR series are today’s answer to the ever-demanding requirements of the world of compressed air.

To develop the AIRBLOK DR range, FIAC, backed up by 25 years od advanced design and production of rotary screw compressors, has thoroughly evaluated the reliability of each individual component and has optimized their installation and serviceability.

As a result, the technical solutions adopted to control the machine have been optimized. These solutions include the transmission system, soundproofing, ventilation air/oil separation and accessibility to the components to ensure easy maintenance.

FIAC’s new concept of a flexible elastomer coupling to connect the motor to the air end assures low drive transmission noise without power loss. This transmission system does not need any routine maintenance and greatly facilitates any service access to the electric motor and air end. The entire transmission is protected by three vibration dampers.
